Turbine Component

The steam from the sugarcane bagasse feeds to the turbine for power generation. Further, the extractions from the turbine are used in sugar manufacturing. Turbine components help in power and steam generation round the clock. Steam turbine components produce electricity and maximize the electric power output.

1. Dome Wall

Descriptions: A dome wall with a central opening has a cooling passage that allows the flow of compressed air to a gas turbine combustor. The central mouth of the combustor connects with the first dome wall. The second dome wall extends the venturi located at the central opening in the first dome wall. The second dome wall connects to the venturi at an upstream end. It creates a radial passage between the venturi and the flare cone situated within the central opening. The first dome wall forms a chamber. A dome wall serves as a heat shield that manages the flow of compressed air to reduce hoop stresses in the machine.

Description: The fabricated exhaust casing contains stainless steel with the help of a fiberglass finish. These exhaust systems have specifications defined by the industry. They perform several functions like redirecting engine exhaust, reducing exhaust noise, and minimizing fuel gas emissions (CO2, carbon monoxide, SOF). Exhaust valves release high-pressure exhaust gas that creates a pressure wave in the air. It causes an explosion with a loud noise. The exhaust casing connects with a silencer to reduce the noise. A pipe connected through the exhaust casing and muffler carries the exhaust gases outward from the industry. An exhaust casing is a soundproofing device that reduces the sound pressure created by the machine engine. Fabricated exhaust casing is corrosion-resistant. 

3. ID Oil Tank.

Description: ID oil tanks can store 500 L TO 100000 L of oil. They are fuel transfer tankers with a capacity of 20 full gas cans. They are coated both from inside and outside and are resistant to low flammable fluids. In the sugarcane industries, ID oil tanks form an essential part of the sugar manufacturing process as they carry fuel necessary for the machinery. They can exchange tons of fuel oil from one place to the other in the industry.

6. 100 MT. Pan Tube Plate

Descriptions: The short plate tubes increase the circulation and lower the boiling time. It makes it easier to finalize the uniform grain size. Large pans with big diameters make the boiling level above 1.5 m above the tube plate with fast continuous boiling. The steam consumption of the pan becomes less and gives low vapor pressure. The discharge valve is perfect in size for quick discharge of the liquid. These vacuum pans should have an internal save technique and have a feed manifold. Provide a space for the vapor of 2.5 m in the cylindrical portion. The quality of tubes shall be SS 304 quality ERW stainless steel of 16 SWG. Pan tube plate should have proper fittings and nozzles to have a successful operation like vacuum atmosphere venting and more. 

7. 6 MW. Turbine Base Frame

Descriptions: 6 MW. Turbine base frame is a modern technology to offer reliability and high yield to lower the cost of energy consumption and create more offshore turbines. It has blades stretching up to 73.50m and supplies power to the other machinery. It is a new generation product offering renewable energy to nearby machinery at lower costs. The structure of the 6 MW. turbine base frame protects the heat generator and stops the unwanted wind from the turbine to maintain a minimum air gap between the stator & the generator rotor. A well-maintained 6 MW. Turbine Base Frame can produce 9,000 kWh of energy in a year. It could save around 2.5 tons of CO2. 

8. Water Cooled Crystallizer Dish Type

Descriptions: Crystallization is separating solid through the transfer of heat and mass from a solution in crystalline structures. Water-cooled crystallization depends on the solubility temperatures performed under vacuum. It evaporates some of the liquid and then cools to a minimal temperature with reduced pressure. Crystallization causes a change in solution temperature. If you decrease the surrounding temperature, it will supersaturate the solution and develop nuclei. Water-cooled crystallization performs under three systems: scraped surface, continuous cooling, and vacuum cooling crystallizers. They maintain the control of crystal size. 

9. Stack (Chimney)

Descriptions: A smokestack or a chimney stack is a vertical pipe through which different types of fuel gases made from power plants, boilers, coal, oil, wood, or other devices pass to the outside air. Chimneys are quite tall to 1300 feet or more and help in environmental safety. The height of a stack impacts the ability to transfer fuel gases to the outside air. Chimneys may deteriorate over time from various environmental factors like chemical attack, lightning, wing loading, and more. Therefore, it is essential to inspect them regularly to identify the signs of damage, if any. A chimney provides a ventilation structure for hot fuel gases.
